New Year’s Eve 2015

As 2015 draws to a close we all reflect on the highlights of the past year and start planning for 2016. City Cabs had extra reason to celebrate 2015 as it was the year that we turned 90 years old. 

In the same year as John Logie Baird successfully transmitted the first television pictures, an Edinburgh taxi company was formed. City Cabs have enjoyed many Edinburgh Hogmanay parties and I’m sure this one will be just as successful. The added excitement of Tim Peake transmitting a message from the International Space Station and the attendance of Biffy Clyro has many eager to get the party started.  

New Year’s Eve is always a busy night for taxis so please give yourself plenty of time if you have a cab booked. 

The only bookings we are taking at the moment are from residential addresses outwith the City Centre.

With all the street closures around town it will be impossible for us to pick up from the Street Party. If you are in the City Centre and there is vehicle access then please contact our team on 0131 228 1211 and they can advise.
