App Update

If you’re a regular City Cabs app user then you would have noticed some changes over the past few months, that’s because we’ve rolled out an update.

To book a taxi on the old version of the app all you had to do was download without the need to login. With the update, we implemented a ‘login’ and ‘register’ process so that we can manage users efficiently. If you are using the update for the first time then you’ll need to ‘register’. You’ll need to provide your telephone number so that we can send a code to verify the device you’re using. Once verified and logged in you will be able to see any saved information from the ‘old’ version of the app.

We care about our customers and we love hearing about their experiences which is why we have added a ‘Feedback’ option on all bookings. You will be able to provide us with feedback on the driver who picked you up and the vehicle he picked you up in. There’s also an option to leave comments so that we can monitor our service levels.

Voucher codes have also been added so that we can reward customers for using the app. Follow us on Facebook and Twitter so you don’t miss out!
