I have experience various taxi firms in the city but none of them match up to the service levels City Cabs delivers. I have regular contact with the team at the offices and the care and attention my contract receives is second to none. The systems at the office allow you to analyse the performance of the taxi’s and the service they give to a specific hotel. The contact with the team if there are any issues is resolved quickly and diligently. However in the time with City Cabs I cannot recall any specific problem that we have had to overcome, other taxi firms in Edinburgh do not give this level of service.

The drivers are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The taxi drivers go through stringent tests to make sure that only the best drivers and respectable drivers are in their cars. This is a massive piece of mind for my customers and team that the people
